No Place for Hate

Adding my voice to say:  No place for hate.  This means all the time, in all you do, especially in the workplace.

Watch Your Words.

We say things we don’t really mean – in the heat of a moment, when we are hurt, when we feel slighted, just because.  Choose your words carefully.   Say what you mean and mean what you say, just don’t say it meanly.

Accept Diversity.

In the day-to-day this means that it is incumbent upon us, when we do not understand to respect an other’s beliefs, values and actions.

Choose Kindness.

Not always easy to do the right thing. But, do it you must! You never know when you will be the difference in someone’s day.  When you will be the one who shows up and makes the right impact in someone’s life.

As Eli Wiesel, prophetic writer of the atrocities he witnessed and survived during the Holocaust said:
The opposite of love is not hate. It’s indifference.
Don’t be indifferent.
